Twelve contributions across seven sections, centred on the theme of God’s goodness and its influence on human life, explored in depth by His Eminence Varsanufie in his study on the improved human being as a participation in divine goodness — drawing from a patristic collection that brings together the loving pedagogy of the Creator as found in Saint John Chrysostom (Archimandrite Policarp Chițulescu) and Christ as the ‘fullness of goodness’ in Origen (Rev. Ștefan Zară), to an extensive study by Father Laurențiu Rădoi on the election of Bishop Sofronie Vulpescu of Râmnic in 1913, a previously unpublished translation from Saint Theodore the Studite by Octavian Gordon, a spiritual message from Protosynghel Arsenie Muscalu, an Athonite interview with Father Damaschin of Grigoriou, the four-act play Archimandrite John by Father Dumitru-Codruț Scurtu, and the first part of the short story The Wonderful Land by Virgil Oprescu Runceanu.
